Hello Friends! I received some goodies in the mail this week from Local King Rubber Stamps! I have been a customer of theirs for the last 3 years picking up a few sets at the Heirloom Stamp Show in W. Springfield each June. You have probably seen me use these stamps in tutorials. Well, the owner gave me a stack of rubber as a thank you for sending new customers her way! How cool is that! Here is a card using one of the new sets Asian Invasion:
Want to see what else I got? Have a look at this video, I’ll show you my new crafty loot as well as so you how to make today’s card:
I hope you try this stamping/painting hybrid technique. It is so effortless and looks fantastic! All you need are some watercolor paints (even the kids kind) a flat brush, stamps and paper. Give it a try! Have a great weekend and til next time happy crafting!
I love their stamps! Still waiting on your mailing address to send you something I picked up for you! 🙂 Just email – since you have it!

I enjoy your You Tube videos. I went to Michael ‘s in Clarksville, Tennessee, and asked for punchenella, the salesperson did not know what I was talking about. I just shook my head and walked away. Please keep the videos rolling.

That’s a beautiful card, Lindsay, and I love Local King stamps too. That sheet rock tape really adds to the card. Gonna have to try that since I have lots of tape from all my home repairs that I have done.

Love. love, love this card, but too much work for me. :0) At the end of the video, it allows you to click on other videos of yours. I clicked on scrapbook101 part 3 (the only 4 supplies you will need). In it, you mentioned ‘color feature trimmers’ (paper cutters), what are they? Did I hear incorrectly?
