  1. Looks very interesting! Pretty good value for that many classes; I’ll check out their website more. I did look over the supply list, and the instructors listed so far. I’d like to see a schedule/description of individual classes – although I do understand that it’s the entire year that I’d be signing up to do. I hope you have fun doing the class.

  4. Congrats on class. Also: wanted to send a BIG thank you for your recommendation of Recollections 110 lb cardstock. You’re absolutely right. For the price it is a great bright white cs with which to work. And I had a 50% off coupon. Let’s hear it for the coupons!!! Love your youtube channel. You’re a constant inspiration.

  6. I would be interested in learning more detail about the classes. It is very tempting as I want to learn more. I was looking at the supply list and I already have a lot of the supplies mentioned. I think I will have to make a couple hundred dollar investment in supplies to take the classes. With good planning and my coupons to Michaels and Hobby Lobby it could be cheaper. Also by purchasing online I have found some stuff a lot less inexpensive. Can you tell us more about the agenda and how it will work?

  7. Wow, Lindsay… You really know how to tempt a person! LOL… This looks like it will be a fabulous class. I’m definitely going to have to figure out if I will have the time and money to be able to participate.

  8. Thank you SO MUCH for sharing this info. Congratulations on being a teacher in this. I have been wanting to take a mixed media class, but time constraints make this difficult. This is EXACTLY what I was looking for and didn’t know it. I am officially signed up and can’t wait until it starts. I am looking forward to trying all sorts of new techniques and using supplies I have been collecting, then they collect dust……Thank you as well for providing such an amazing forum and great tutorials!

  9. Lindsay this is wonderful, but I can’t even draw or really do anything. I would love being able to do this, but I would not be able to learn to do much, because of my lack of ability. I love photography and was a freelance writer/photographer for 8 years, but now everything is digital and I am lost. I love art and creating, but have no ability. I love your tutorials, because they give me the courage to try, but I’m afraid my results are pretty awful. I did manage to stamp and make to cards using pastels and water on one and markers colored out on a ceramic tile and picked up with a brush on the other. That’s more than I have been able to do before, so thank you. Congratulations on being a guest teacher. I know that is an honor, and I think one you very much deserve. There is an art contest, and I think it’s on Jerry’s. You should enter. You would be bound to win. Is there I way I would be able to see the Bombay ink tutorial you will be doing later after Wanderlust is over sometime? Annette at Artneko will call me tomorrow. I will pass on your “Hello.” She is so sweet and we both think the world of you, your artist talent and generosity in sharing. How kind of you.

    1. Thanks Deidre, the tutorial will only be available as part of Wanderlust, they are hiring me to create the tutorial and they will own that content, that is how many of the online classes run. Thanks for the lovely comments and tell Annette I said Hi! I am using some of her Christmas stamps in my Stamp School episode tomorrow:)

  10. OK – I will tell you what I think! hehehe – I think that this will be an amazing opportunity to learn amazing things from amazing people for very little money. Even if you do not have the materials – you can take notes and store that knowledge in your brain until later to apply it – or maybe even create the same effect with the materials you do have (how’s that for a frugal comment?) Oh – yes, I did sign up for the program and told them that Lindsay sent me! hehehe My forte is digital art, but I homeschool my 10 year old – we started last year and I decided after looking up watercolor clips on youtube and up popped YOU! I watched a few of your videos and was giggling – and remembering stuff I learned back in college in the mid 80s – WHOA! I checked out your other videos and your blog and decided that we are going to scrapbook her 4th grade yearbook! I have just about everything I need to get started – and now is the time to just get ‘er going – I think that this will be great fun for us – she is going to help me, of course! It will be Tuesday Craft Days!
