Hi Lindsay, I apologize for commenting here, but I couldn’t find anywhere to contact you. Despite enrolling in the Loose Florals and Drawing classes months ago I’m suddenly unable to access the videos . I’ve reset my password, rebooted iPad, and downloaded the Teachable app. I just keep getting the you-need-to-enroll prompt. Teachable recognizes my account along with the Landscape course I also enrolled in. I can access those videos. Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks!

Lindsay, I just realized you’re on vacation. There’s NO rush. Please don’t ruin your vacation on this. The courses will be there when you get back, and I have company anyway so can’t paint right now. 🙂

Hi there, I am sorry, I’m just seeing this. I can see what happened, when you bought your first classes you had a typo in the email you registered with and when you bought the landscape class you used your proper email (I looked up the email you left this comment with) so I will put all of the classes in the most recent account with the correct email.
