Cough, hack, sputter…ahhh, the flu. It hit my house hard this week, or shall I say last Thursday night when my kids all came down suddenly with it and hubby and I each had it by the weekend. We have been in survival mode for the past week (feed, clean, sleep) but I did manage to sneak down to my art room and make this last night:
I used this weeks sketch over at 2 sketches 4 you and my new Recipe set for this card:
I love the little cluster with my “hot glue pearls”:
Here is a set of “crafty” recipes in a recipe card holder using the new Recipe set from Lindsay’s Stamp Stuff. The printable template is included in the kit as well as a clipping mask if you want to shape your digital paper, print and cut. I made the lines light enough so you can print it on the backside of your cardstock or pattern paper, cut and fold and they shouldn’t show up too much.
For those of you who cook there are 4 lined recipe cards to print if you want to hand wright the recipes on (good for taking to a cookie swap or family dinners) and 4 unlined cards if you want to type your recipes on the computer and print out a bunch to make many gifts at once (I like that idea!) There are also cute labels to decorate your recipe cards or use them as gift tags when giving your homemade goodies. A very versatile set for only $5!
And now for the freebie, Christmas will be here before you know it, let’s get a jump on those cards!
Now let’s see what the rest of the Lindsay’s Stamp Stuff Senior DT has been up too:
Tracey *Christmas cards!
Tamara * a cute post-it note holder!
Cindi * a recipe card idea!
Shannon *a great gift idea!
Margie *yum, recipes!
Lisa *a cute Christmas gift box!
Thanks for stopping by and till next time happy crafting!
So sorry about the flu. Glad you are on the mend. You are so talented. Thanks for the freebies you share.

Sorry you all came down with it. Most of us did, too, and it was very draining. Glad to hear you’re taking it easy and only did one project!
Thanks for sharing this, and for the encouragement to get going on crafting some gifts.

I love it Lindsay. The box can serve as so many other ‘covers’ too (for those of us that really don’t do too much cooking, lol). I do like it and hey, another couple of weeks and I’ll be able to hook up my Cricuit & explore the SCAL software, yeay….
Ok, I keep scrolling back and I think that I’d use it to make a little gift for Emma with the Arts & Crafts digi circle stamp. That kid is my little mini me crafter, lol.
oohhh photos…ok the ideas keep coming… I better get back to work 🙂
