I will also tell you what I got each item for since so many people have told me how helpful that is to know, it might even give you some ideas for similar items you might own! Also I’d love to know what you would like to see me use first:)

Just wanted to thank you for the ticket to the Heirloom Stamp show. I was one of the lucky winners! I went to the show last year and found so many wonderful things and was really excited to go this year. Unfortunately I only had a few hours so I tried to make the most of them. My favorites are Rubbernecker, Lost Coast, Carmen’s Veranda and Stampland. I got some of my funkiest and fun stamps at Lost Coast and Carmen’s Veranda. I wanted a few stamps I regretted not getting last year, so I was eager to get them this year. Unfortunately they were all gone! I did buy the same Alfred Hitchcock stamp you did. Perfect for making my son a card. He is studying film at Drexel. I also got the 3 Stooges stamp which will come in handy for the men in my life! I learned some new techniques at StampLand and am sorry to say this was their last show. I got some really great stamps at Rubbernecker again this year and always enjoy reading the “sentiment” stamps, some of them are pretty hilarious. From your video, I think I missed many of the make and takes which would have been educational but I hope to get to the show next year. After viewing your video I’ll look at it in a different way and focus on the educational opportunities! Thanks again for the ticket and the “haul” video!

Thank you so much for sharing..it’s hard to get to any shows now..because they are all so far away…and it’s always fun to see whats out there when you know you cant go to any of them…I love …love…your unmounted stamps set…they were so cool…would love to see what you do with them and of course to see if the Tim Holts crayons are worth the money…when there is so much more out there…tfs

A friend of mine, Cindi Hooks, attended your class. We used to do a lot of card swaps several years back and since that time we are Facebook friends. I have never met her, but we have chit-chatted a number of times. I saw her post of what she made from your class and the kind post you posted.
Thanks for everything you share, I watch you every day. Started watching in 2014 with I was trying to learn watercolor painting.
I live in Wisconsin, so getting to Maine is not likely right now, but maybe someday.

I bought the set for the seed packet stamp from ODBD a couple months ago and I haven’t had a chance to use it yet, but for the same reason as you, I know it will help me use my flower stamps in different ways! I love seeing a variety of brands in this haul. It would be fun to go to a stamp show! TFS!

I would love to see the distress crayon review against the Target/Michaels/ oil pastels. I bought some gel sticks when I first got started because everybody on YouTube was raving about them. Now I hardly ever use them. So, before I spend any more money…… 🙂 I would also love to see those watercolor flowers in action. I love doing loose watercolor backgrounds and putting flowers over them, so I am sure I would love these. One set I tried to sell had a watercolor background with clear stickers over them. So much fun. (They didn’t sell, and I can’t quite make myself donate them yet! Might show up as a gift!!!) Thanks for all you do. And thanks for reminding us that you have an excuse to buy things as business expense, but that we can be selective. And I really need to “use what I have” until I can find someone who wants to buy what I make!!!

Loved to see what you got! Would love to see you use the plaid making stamp 🙂 I’m fortunate enough to have Heirloom come to my area in GA every February along with the Scrapbook Expo every July and the StampScrapArt Tour every September. After Archivers closed I learned to to stretch my shopping between these events except for glue and cardstock!!! No LSS near me 😦

I saw your video about the stamp show haul. I am also, super thrifty and I have a computerized (Cricut)cutter. What I do..instead of buying stamps…i do an image search on google for drawings of. say. a tulip. I pick one and save it to Paint. Clean up and upload to my Cricut workspace and save as a cut and print. Pros- Free, and you can make it any size,
Cons-not waterproof unless you use a laser printer.
