My Crafty Heirloom Stamp Show Haul! See what I got!

Howdy Friends! I had a wonderful time at the Heirloom stamp convention last weekend. Not only did I spend time with some fabulous ladies but I got some really unique supplies too from vendors that I can’t find locally. When you go to a stamp show you see new things and learn new ways to use them. Since I have been stamping for a long time I was trying to avoid the typical stamps I am drawn too (how many vintage sewing machine stamps does one need anyway?) and instead get unique designs that would fill out my collection. Have a look at what I got, not that frugal I will admit but I only do it once a year. I don’t often do haul videos but when I do I like to  show you what I got and how I intend to use it. have a look:

Here is a list of the stamp companies I showed in the video. Please support your independent stamp companies and local stamp stores if you are lucky to have them. Your dollars mean more there and keep the hobby thriving. 🙂 If you do visit any of the companies I listed please let them know that you heard about them here from Lindsay the Frugal Crafter. Knowing that the word got out because of people attending these stamp shows will make them want to be vendors at shows in the future. If you want to know if there is a stamp show in your area check out the convention schedule at Rubber Stamp Madness, they list stamp and scrapbook shows from different promoters, there is a lot of fun to be had!

Lost Coast Designs (Arches, bugs, keys, vintage rose, checkerboard, funny sentiments, hardware and hexagon stencil)
Too Much Fun (Mailbox, stove, snowglobe, monkeys in a barrel, TV)
Sweet & Sassy (skyline)
DRS Designs (stained glass stamps)
Local King (European Vacation, Chicks, vintage cameras, ship in bottles)
Technique Junkies (now carrying the Stamp Camp line! I got the tree with leaves/birds)
Impression Obsession (tree, lemonade stand)
Magenta (bird stencil)
Stampendous (large butterfly and poppy stamps with templates)
Close to my Heart (viewmaster reel set-Reel Life) *this is a demonstrator based business so you need to order from a consultant unless they are selling at a show. If you are a Demo and want to share your info you can leave it in the comments:)

ScrapMart ($10 dies) and they have the deals on the website!

What items did you like best? I’d love to know because I will take it into consideration when planning my summer tutorials! I’m happy to report that many of the stamps have seen ink today thanks to my daughters who were excited to dig in to the stash (they want to come with me to the show next year but I think not, I’m keeping this a ladies getaway for as long as I can, or at least as long as our family vacations involve a trip to an amusement park LOL!)  I hope you enjoyed this peek into my shopping bag, thanks for stopping by and til next time happy crafting!

  3. Thanks for the show & tell about your goodies. I like how you found the stained glass stamps that can be used with what you already have. I am excited that the Stamp Camp line may be coming to me again.
Do you have any pull with Heirloom Productions? I have been going to their show in Novi for years and this year they still don’t have the link up on their website so I can start looking at who’s attending. It is in 53 days and I want to plan my “attack”. Now that I’ve seen your haul, I want to start gawking at the vendors stuff right away!

      1. You are a ROCK STAR! Seriously! I was going to see if I could get Greg at Marcos Paper to do it, but his son is getting married this weekend, so he’s out of commission til next week. THANK YOU for coming thru for me (and the other stampers that are anxious to get their tickets and plan)!
