Have you ever used your water based markers to stamp? It is easy, quick and fun and look how elegant:
I used stamps from About Art Accents for both of these cards. The Deer image is from this plate and I simply colored the rubber with my Tombow markers, breathed on the rubber to moisten the ink and stamped. Thats it! a bit of gold cord and you are done!
If you want a simpler technique on this one I used an olive-green inkpad to ink up the holly then used a Q-Tip to wipe off the ink from the branch and berries and filled them in with markers, oh so simple! BTW all of the Christmas sheets of stamps are 20% off! That’s like 28 stamps for less than $20 and they are all good designs!
Give this technique a try! Till next time happy crafting 😉
I love the simple and elegant cards sweetie! Now is a great time to get those cards done and mailed. Thanks for sharing.

Oh yea – coloring on stamps is WAY fun and easy too! I’ve used SU markers and my fabulous Marvy Le Plume II as well. Another fun option is to color with water color crayons, then spritz lightly with water and stamp.
