Faux Patina Stamping {Copper & Terracotta Effects!}

Hi friends! This card was so fun to make! I got to play with supplies I already had to create fun and textural effects of embossed copper and terracotta pots.

The techniques are easy and versatile. Feel free to substitute gelatos for paints, watercolor crayons or water-soluble oil pastels. Try what you have before buying new!

Supplies:
Cardstock: Black, cream, purple, white
Pansy Garden stamp set (Rubber Stamp Tapestry)
Embossing folder (any geometric tile design)
Dye inks
Gelatos or watersoluble oil pastels
Acrylic paint: copper, white, teal
Fabric scrap
Embossing powders in gold, rust and verdigris or similar colors
Pen
Sentiment label
Window die or hand cut it with an X-acto knife

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial and try out the techniques for yourself. Try changing the colors to black, grey and silver to make a faux pewter background or stoneware pot.
