Egadz! I have a kid home sick, 2 dozen cupcakes to bake, a flooded basement (aka craftland) and I still haven’t sent out my Christmas cards! If you are in the same boat here is another quick design you can make in minutes with the Winter Wear stamps from Lindsay’s Stamp Stuff:
The steps for this are so easy:
- Emboss the front of a 4.25″x5.5″ with an embossing folder. Trim 1.4″ off the bottom of card.
- Rubber stamp the sentiment (optional because the digistamp has a sentiment too, I just like the flat box on this EB folder for additional stamping)
- Color digistamp image (or leave it if you are really pressed for time), trim with a circle cutter and adhere to card over a ribbon.
I made about 8 of these in 45 minutes the other day. I used my Envelope bonanza kit to make my envelopes for the card. The BBenvie SVG template will allow me to cut 2 envelopes from a 12″x12″ sheet of scrapbook paper so it saves me supplies and money. I cut them with my Cricut and SCAL2 software (A great gift for anyone on your Christmas list with a Cricut machine and SCAL2 is on sale for $59!) I also made some of these with the mittens die cut from free Winterwear SVG set also cut with my Cricut and SCAL2 software.
Well, I better get some work done before my sick kiddo wakes up, thanks for stopping by and til next time happy crafting!
