Hi friends! I was thinking about the supplies and tools I used often and it occurred to me that 4 of the tools I use almost daily were ones I didn’t even really want to begin with. Watch the video to see what they are!
Links to the tools I mentioned (Affiliate)
- Score Pal availble in inch and metric, check before buying to get what you want.
- Paint Puck rince cup, also availble in inexpensive discs you can stick to the bottom or side of any jar. Here is the the runner up divided plastic water tub.
- ATG tape dispenser
- Ellison Big Shot (now this machine is made by Sizzix and I can’t vouch for the quality)
What are your must-have tools, or tools that you never thought were that great until you used them? I’d love to know in the comments below! Happy crafting!
The atg is my love. And i found it back in the day from a framing supplier for like $25. Heart you

I’m amazed at how often I use my 6 x 12 inch clear plastic quilting ruler for crafts other than quilting. Now I can’t imagine life without it.

Do you use, or have you tried, the Tim Holtz glass mat? I am considering getting one, but not sure if it’s worth spending my limited craft supply funds on. My main crafty hobby is card making but I am starting to dabble in watercolor.

no, I haven’t because I have an old glass chessboard I can use if I need it and the reflection for the mat would make filming difficult for me.
