Hi friends! I hope you are having a nice weekend! It’s Super bowl Sunday and Sketchbook Sunday. Hubby is making some good snacks to enjoy during the game tonight and I will probably watch a bit while I color or crochet (I’m more interested in the halftime show and commercials LOL!) For Sketchbook Sunday this week I have a drawing of a goldfish with Derwent Lightfast colored pencils.
The 50% off Derwent Lightfast Singles is still on today (as of 2/7/21) at Blick but I’m not sure for how long. I’ll have a full review of these pencils tomorrow on my YouTube channel but today you can see me draw this fish.

- Arteza watercolor sketchbook (8.25″ square)
- Watercolor in Aqua green and #10 round watercolor brush
- Touch up texture and titanium white from Brush & Pencil.

What a great goldfish you drew and coloured. Many years ago I had about 11 goldfish in a 30 gallon tank and every time I came near their tank they would all come to the glass near me and all crowd together to get my attention. They were my favorite fish and your drawing brought back many happy memories of them; thank you!
