  2. Are these better than the Arteza brush pens I purchased? My Arteza brush pens have unreliable brushes, some were almost empty when open the pens, and they do not feel like a watercolor pen when trying to paint. I’m looking for a better performing product!

  17. These look like so much fun. I am very tempted to order some of these watercolor pens immediately. I do wonder, though, how you would compare these to other inexpensive watercolor brush pens like Aretha. Seems like the market is blooming with different brands of similar priced color media. Which I think is good, but it makes deciding on a brand a little more difficult. Loved this video, Lindsay. Loved that you showed an original painting and a scene with stamps.

  37. These pens look like they’re a lot easier to manage than the Arteza ones, I have a small set of those and the nylon bristles are really really long… have you ever tried trimming them? I’m so tempted because it makes these things almost useless unless I want to scribble off on a palette and pick them up with a brush… in which case, I can use my crayola supertips or any other water based marker the same way, so why would I need them? I don’t know, I have been pretty disappointed with the Arteza ones after the initial rose colored glasses.

  47. Hi Lindsay, nice review you did, I always find them helpful. I was surprised when you said your daughter could work in an adult coloring book with those brush pen/markers because I was going to ask that question. But when you said they’d help with learning brush control, I said that would be heavenly for me. I also loved that you said you could do the projects sitting on your couch while watching TV. I have very limited space and time to work on much projects. I’ve never got to use any brush markers – do they feel like a regular brush? I would love to win a set of those, but you must already have thousands of comments on this blog post already. Anyhow, you always give great information. Thanks so much. Take care and God bless.

  101. Wow these watercolour brush pens are just so incredible, they soo look useful and effortless. I would love to win one of these sets I think they would help me a lot with my Art calsses that I attend in school , since I am aiming on high grades these would help me to add that extra detail to my work that would give me those extra grades, I’ve always kinda hated using brushes but these look so useful and handy.
Lindsay I’ve been watching your videos for a long time and your Art videos have helped me a lot with art and and you are probably the main reason why I choose art for my school options, idk how you do it you just make everything look so easy to do and the work you make is also good. I might’ve taken some ideas for my own work and they’ve turned out to be great I I for high grades for them Ive loved drawing and painting since I was young but I’ve never really had the right equipment to use and I genuinely think these sets of brushes would make it easier for me to do works using watercolour ( something I’ve always wanted but thought was hard).
I hope 🤞🏼 I win this and if I did I would be super glad because even tho this isn’t a lot it still would help me a lot with everything.
