Howdy friends! It’s giveaway time! Up for grabs are these beautiful snail and butterfly stamps from Art Neko (formally About Art Accents):

The full 8″x10″ Garden Friends sheet of stamps that these images came from is gorgeous and on sale for $10 (regularly $20) so you might want to check it out.   14. Great techniques here. We bought a fancy schmancy die-cutting/embossing/engraving machine (The Silver Bullet, if you’re familiar) with our son when he was unemployed, with an eye to him starting a business. The deal was he’d do anything for me that I wanted. Thing is, he went and got himself a job and has no time for the machine! I may have to give in and buy at least an embossing machine for me. 🙂 KIDS! 🙂

  24. You always make it look so easy in your videos, Mine never turn out like yours. I thought it was cool how you added the glitter eye shadow and the texture with the plates. I kind of tried this with photo paper and it didn’t look so great…lol. I will keep doing it until I get it right. Thanks again for your great ideas.

It is good to be reminded that we don’t need all the new everything, that you can get a great effect with what is around and if you are there to remind us! Yes you do make a bigger mess with cards. This was a great video for me because I just happen to have the Fiskar plates and never used because I didn’t know how to run it thru my embosser. (tried using the hand held tool that went with the plates and decided that I was never going to do that again. Yeah, Lindsay, for showing me how. The trick now would be to find them. :0)
