Not sure if this is the appropriate place to leave this message, but can not find a place in the shop area to address this. I just purchase your crocus painting tutorial through PayPal and I am unable to open it even in my PDF convertor. It keeps telling me that the file is possibly damaged or sent as an attachment. I downloaded it just like the first one I purchased that one is fine, but this one will not open up. Could you please help. Thank you, and again I apologize if I contacted you in the wrong gene.
