Stamping Tips Video & a Stamp Giveaway!

Good morning crafters! It is time for our About Art Accents June stamp giveaway! today I have this pretty crane medallion stamp I used in this card:

The burlap ribbon I used can be found here at Papermart. The card takes about 10 minutes to make and I decided to film a quick video and share a bunch of stamping tips with you from how to make an embossing pouch (and save yourself $12!), how to store white cardstock for stamping and an easy coloring idea! Have a look:

    For some reason I cannot get your videos to play. All I get is a blank black box. Any ideas?
    So sad because I really wanted to learn your last two techniques. 😦

    1. try back in a little while, or click the “youtube” button on the bottom right of the screen to watch it on youtube. I think it is a buffering problem or it is because a lot of people are trying to watch at once;)

  24. Hi I like the card and the way you have used the decorated glass beads for the display. I’m having the same problems with viewing furniture video too, and on YouTube, but I think that it does sometimes take a while for the videos to go live.

    Thanks for sharing all your tips, tricks and great deals! Sadly we don’ t have tithe stores here that you talk about, and I haven’t found any that will ship here. but I am challenged to try/ find alternatives. Fab tip with the cornstarch!

    Love the card and am so grateful for the cornstarch tip! I bought some “anti-static” powder loose in a jar a while back and knew there had to be a less expensive and less messy way to help with embossing.

    1. LOL Deb, I took a break for Ask a Crafter videos, they took a day to make, the new vids are just basically me turning on the camera when I craft and uploading the live to youtube mistakes, bloopers and all…does anyone notice a difference? LOL!
