Here is something fun to try! Stick a bunch of small clear stamps on a large block and viola! Custom background stamp! That is how I made the background of this card:
In case you want to see the technique in action here is a 1 minute video:
I have had so much fun making backgrounds this week:
And since it is Wednesday it’s time for WOYWW:
Nothing fancy, just the mess on my table while filming the video. Next week I’ll try to remember to post a photo of my kids art workspace. I am getting it nice and tidy before summer vacation because when they take time to create I get bonus crafty time too! Thanks for stopping by and til next time happy crafting!

I love watching your videos. I am just recently unemployed so have to watch my pennies and find your tricks and hints fabulous. Keep up the good work. Your backgrounds are just beautiful by the way.

Lindsay, I LOVE your tips and your amazing ingenuity, but I did want to ask a favor. Would you consider one change to the intro and exit on your videos? On most of them the music is still playing when you start talking. I want to hear EVERYTHING you have to say, but the music is competing with your voice. If it’s possible to just lower the music, I think that would help a lot. Thank you for all of us who no longer have perfect hearing.
Oh and I’m asking this for any future vids, I certainly don’t expect you to change the ones you’ve already made.

Inspiring (and frugal :)) as ever. I have one of those big blocks but can’t ever seem to get it to print clearly. Just watching your “action” as you do it was a help. So thanks for that 🙂
Happy WOYWW
