One Rad Dad!

Father’s Day is Sunday and if you are like me you want to make a special card for him. Here is one I made with my new People Mix & Match Digital Stamp (and SVG set):

Digital Stamps: Lindsay's stamp Stuff, Fonts: Lettering Delights (LD Noodge and DB hello Cupcake)

It is so easy to mix and math the heads and bodies in the People mix & match set from Lindsay’s stamp Stuff, you can make all of your custom peeps!

So, what to you get for the dad that has it all? Why not a custom book of coupons, I snagged these free at Lettering delights, I simply printed the pdf coupon sheet, trimmed it apart, and attached them together with a hole punch and ribbon. Easy Peasy!

you can get this free at lettering delights, woohoo!

Here is a look at the father’s day set, I used my Envelope Bonanza templates and my Cricut with SCAL software to cut the envelope:

Stamps, Envelope template: Lindsay's stamp Stuff, Fonts, coupons: Lettering delights

Speaking of my cricut and SCAL software I love cutting the lettering delights fonts and doodlebats, they work great with SCAL (and many of the fonts are now Cricut cartridges, I always snag the ones I like quickly before they are removed!) I just grabbed these new sets, you can see them when you download the father’s day freebie on the checkout page as they are not in the shop yet, The will be great to convert to cutting files in scal 2!

This new set by lettering delights is called summer popsicles and treats and there is a matching alphabet set that is super cute too!

OK so since this is Fathers Day week my card qualifies for the following challenges: Cards for Men, CAS-Tastic, Crafty cardmakersA crafty little placeDaisy Doodles, Incy WincyMagical Crafts, Peartree Designs, Simple Doodles, Stamping Royalty and Stamptacular Sunday.

Thanks for stopping by and til next time happy crafting!

  6. Is it hard to convert LD fonts & dingbats in scal? I would love to be able to use more of my dingbats from LD.

    1. Hi Laurie, It is easy! you do not need to convert the fonts and dingbats, you simply open scal, choose the text tool and pick the font or dinbat from the list of fonts (make sure you installed your fonts on your computer) and just pick the design you want and cut. You do not need to convert them! Go on, try it you’ll see;)
