This was my first time making a stair step card, it was a challenge at Oriental Stamp Art (and fortune cookies was a theme so look at me, 2 challenges done!) here is a better look at the card and matching envelope (or course!)
The card compresses and goes right in an envelope! I use beautiful stamps from About Art Accents and my Envelope Bonanza Templates (30% off today!)
Here is a look at my newest template set: Box Bonanza. You get 6 printable 300dpi jpg templates that you can resize and print directly on your cardstock or pattern paper (I kept any directions on the margins) cut and assemble and 6 SVG files to cut with your Cricut and SCAL software. The are adjustable and resizable too simply by dragging the to the height and with you want, you can make hundreds of different boxes with this one set!

These are lovely Lindsay. Please share what type of printer you use to print your papers on. I have a HP that I bought the day after Thanksgiving (fairly new) and it creates horrible effects. I can’t get it to print the same page twice using the same colors. I will need to replace soon, I would love a recommendation.

Diane, I use a HP photosmart D7360. It uses 02 ink cartridges. I buy the 6 pack with the 4×6 paper in a kit for $40 but they give you $3 per cartridge when you retun them to staples so I get $18 back from each kit! Sometimes they have a deal where they give $6 back per cart ($36 back per kit!) plus they send you 10% back on all of your ink purchaes! It is a good deal I get all of my ink at Staples. I am not paid to say that either LOL!
