It’s Party Time at Lindsay’s Stamp Stuff!

I used the party hat freebie (grab it in the crop room) to make both of these cards!

I found a vintage photo and topped each one with a mini hat, how cute? and nothing says "party" like curling ribbon!

This hat was enlarged and decked out with crape paper party streamers that were stitched together and fringed, fun!
