I made a font!

..and don’t I feel clever! I made a cute little font filled with stick people, cupcakes, bugs and flourishes here is a preview:

I designed it to work with SCAL so you can cut the shapes with the Cricut…and low and behold it does! You can download Linny’s Stickfont here. Wow, that was fun, I think I’ll try it again sometime! Please let me know what you think as it is my first font! Have a great Sunday and happy crafting, and typing too!

  1. That is so cute Lindsay! I made my own font awhile back of my own handwriting. Sure makes journaling a lot easier and neater, but still has that personal touch.

    Thanks for the download!

  2. Thanks fot the kind words guys! Of course I’ll share how I did it! I went to http://www.yourfonts.com and followed the instructions. You print out a grid and draw your letters or dingbats in each cell then scan it and upload it to the site and in minutes you have a font! It’s free too for now but they plan to charge for the service later.

That is sooo cute!! That proves we don’t have to be artists 🙂 I will try it on my SCAL and see what I get.
